  3. Who owns and manages the Official NASCAR Members Club? Is it NASCAR®?

  4. NMP, LLC is the officially licensed operator of the Official NASCAR® Members Club.

  5. What does NMP stand for?

  6. It stands for NASCAR Members Program. The Official NASCAR Member's Club SM is a division of Stoneacre, Inc.  

  7. What does NASCAR® get out of this?

  8. NASCAR gets to reward its fans for being the most loyal fan base in all of sports. NASCAR also gets the opportunity to create a direct two way channel to better understand and communicate with its loyal fan base, while its fans get closer than ever to their favorite sport.

  9. Can my children enroll?

  10. Anyone age 18 or older may enroll as a member. Anyone ages 13-17 may be enrolled as a gift Membership. Members who are under 18 years of age, however, may not be allowed to participate in certain VIP Event Access due to NASCAR's age restrictions

  11. Are the drivers a part of this club?

  12. Absolutely. Many NASCAR Champion drivers and owners are Charter Members. These champions participate in several different ways, including providing access and direct communications with the members. Plus, many other NASCAR drivers participate in events with the Official NASCAR Members Club.

  13. Who can access the Membership information provided?

  14. Membership information is viewed and used according to our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy is available to you online at www.ONMC.com and is also available by mail and e-mail upon request.

  3. What is ONMC Direct?

  4. ONMC Direct is NASCAR audio & video programming brought to all Members. All ONMC Members will have access to NASCAR-provided audio programs including all pre-race and post-race press conferences and special programming throughout the year. In addition, the ONMC provides special programming to our Local Headquarters around the country. "iN Person" is a conference call available exclusively to Official NASCAR Members Club Local Headquarters.  The show is hosted by esteemed motorsports personality and writer Ron Lemasters Jr., and features NASCAR celebrities from past and present.  Some past participants include Bobby Labonte, Bobby Allison, David Pearson, Rusty Wallace, Kenny Wallace, Kurt Busch, Bill Elliott, and Dave Despain.  The format of the show is a half hour conference call, with questions submitted by each Local Headquarters in advance.  To learn more about the Local Headquarters program please visit onmc.com or call 877-MY-NASCAR. 




VIP Experiences

  1. How do I participate in a VIP Experience at the track?

  2. You must sign up for your VIP experience online before you arrive at the track. New event schedules are posted on the Tuesday at noon, two weeks prior to the race date. Sign up for the VIP experience of your choice at the race you plan on attending and then make sure to print out your confirmation information and bring it to VIP check-in once you arrive at the track.

  3. What if I need to cancel my VIP Experience reservation?

  4. Once you reserve a VIP Experience, it cannot be cancelled.

  5. What do I do once I arrive to the track?

  6. Go to the ONMC at-track check in to pick up your instructions and wristbands for the experience you have signed up for. If you have not signed up for an experience, you can check to see if there is any availability.

  7. How do I find the ONMC at the track?

  8. Before you attend a race you can find our Member Check In location on the VIP tab of our website.

  9. What will I get at the track every week?

  10. As a Member you will have the opportunity to sign up online for one of our exclusive member's only benefits. These benefits include but are not limited to Garage Tours, Driver Introduction Ceremonies, Driver Q & A's, autograph sessions and other members-only experiences.

  11. What do I get if I don't go to the track?

  12. The Official NASCAR Members Club has been built to benefit ALL NASCAR fans, including those who may not have the opportunity to attend races. All Members will receive monthly Member communications, Member's magazine, special deals and discounts, exclusive first-look merchandise and licensed goods, driver specific communications, Local Chapter benefits and much, much more.

  13. Do I get ticket discounts?

Local Champions and Local Headquarters

  1. What is a Local Champion?

  2. Local Champions are sanctioned ONMC members that find and work with an establishment in their community and help the company become a Local Headquarters. If you have any questions about becoming a local champion, please email us at lcp@onmcchapter.com

  3. How do I become a Local Champion?

  4. You may click the Champion link under the "Chapters" tab at our ONMC home page to learn more and to apply to become a Local Champion.

  7. What is a Local Headquarters?

  8. A local headquarters is THE place for NASCAR fans to gather in cities and towns across the country to watch the race each weekend, hold parties, and receive special member benefits. Local Headquarters also provide great local benefits, deals & discounts to all Members.

  9. How do I find a Local Headquarters?

  10. You can find a Local Headquarters by going to the locator page at www.onmclocate.com. All Local Headquarters are listed in yellow.

  11. How do I sign up a location interested in becoming a Local Headquarters?

  12. ONMC Local Champions can sign up an interested location in their hometown. Once you apply & are approved as a Local Champion, further information will be provided on how to sign up new Local Headquarters.




Club Cash

  1. What is Club Cash?

  2. Club Cash is an exclusive rewards program for the Official NASCAR Members Club. Members receive an allotment of Club Cash for paying their membership dues and have opportunities to earn additional Club Cash throughout the year in accordance with the terms of the applicable Club Cash offer. They are then able to use their Club Cash to make reservations in the VIP Reservation System and/or to get merchandise in the Club Cash online store. Participation in the Club Cash program is subject to the ONMC site Terms and Conditions (including the ONMC Membership Terms of Service therein).

  3. When did Club Cash start?

  4. Club Cash was launched in January, 2009.

  5. Wasn’t there a program called Club Cash in the Local Chapter program before January, 2009?

  6. Yes. The Local Chapter Club Cash system was launched in 2006 as a rewards system for Local Chapter Presidents. Local Chapter Presidents were given Club Cash for every Member that joined the ONMC through their Local Chapter. Local Chapter Presidents were able to use their Club Cash to purchase items to help them run & support their Local Chapter – for example, business cards and banners.

    The same tried, true and tested technology from the Local Chapter Club Cash system is the basis for the new ONMC-wide Club Cash system.

  7. What happened to the Local Chapter Club Cash program?

  8. It became part of the new ONMC-wide Club Cash system. Any Club Cash credit that Local Chapter Presidents still had available as of 12/31/08 was rolled into the new system. Local Chapter Presidents still have access to purchase Local Chapter-specific items (like business cards and banners) through the Club Cash online store.

  9. How do I earn Club Cash?

  10. There are currently two main ways to earn Club Cash:

    • Every Member is given Club Cash when they pay their membership dues.
    • Members who refer other Members to the ONMC receive Club Cash for the referral.

  11. When do I receive my Club Cash?

  12. Annual Members receive their Club Cash upon their join date or their renewal date each year. Club Cash becomes available to the Member after their dues payment is successfully processed by the ONMC. For example, if John Smith joins the ONMC on February 5 and his credit card is successfully processed on February 7, then Mr. Smith’s Club Cash will be available to him after February 7.

    Monthly Members receive their Club Cash each month. Like annual Members, it becomes available to the Member after their dues payment is successfully processed.

    Club Cash for referrals is credited after the referred Member has been active for 60 days. For example, if Jane Doe joins the ONMC on February 5 and lists John Smith as the person that referred her, then John will receive Club Cash credit for Jane’s referral after Jane has been an active Member of the ONMC for 60 days – so on or after April 5.

    The amount of Club Cash awarded is subject to change by ONMC from time to time. Please check the ONMC site to check the current Club Cash amounts.

  15. Why do Charter Members get extra Club Cash?

  16. Charter Members get extra Club Cash as a reward for having been with the ONMC since we began.

  17. Why do Local Chapter Presidents get extra Club Cash for referrals?

  18. One of the benefits of being an ONMC Member is our Local Chapter programs – we literally bring NASCAR into your home town. So we want to provide extra incentive to Members who stand up and work hard to establish and run a Local Chapter.

  19. Does Club Cash expire?

  20. Yes (except where prohibited by applicable law). Every “dollar” of Club Cash that is given to a Member carries an expiration date (except where prohibited by applicable law). Typically, Club Cash is good for 1 year (365 days) from the date it is issued. However, that may vary in certain circumstances as specified in the applicable offer or otherwise on the ONMC site. Members can see the expiration date of their Club Cash by looking at their Club Cash account under the “Home” link on the ONMC Web Site.

  21. What happens if/when my Club Cash expires?

  22. It is forfeited. Any/all unused Club Cash is removed from a Member’s Club Cash account upon the expiration date (except where prohibited by applicable law). It can not be recovered.

  23. Why is the expiration date of my Club Cash “xx/yy/zz”?

  24. Club Cash is allocated based on specific rules:

    • Allocation of Club Cash for annual Members is effective upon their join date or their renewal date. The expiration date for that allocation of Club Cash is set to 1 year from the join/renewal date. However, the Club Cash is not available to the Member until the ONMC successfully processes the financial transaction. For example, John Smith joins the ONMC on February 5, 2009. The ONMC successfully processes Mr. Smith’s credit card on as of February 7, 2009. John will be allocated 150 Club Cash credits on February 5, 2009. The expiration date for that allocation of Club Cash will be February 4, 2010 (defined as the end of the day on 2/4/10 using the Eastern Time Zone). However, John will not see or be able to use his Club Cash until after February 7, 2009 – the date when the ONMC successfully processed the credit card transaction.
    • Allocation of Club Cash for monthly Members is done monthly and is based on their original join date. The expiration date for each monthly allocation of Club Cash is set to 1 year from the date it is allocated. However, the Club Cash is not available to the Member until the ONMC successfully processes the financial transaction. For example, Jane Doe joined the ONMC on August 5, 2009 as a monthly Member. As such, Jane will be billed on the 5th of every month. For simplicity, let’s say that Jane’s credit card is successfully processed on the 7th of every month. Jane will be allocated 10 Club Cash credits as of the 5th of every month. The expiration date for that allocation of Club Cash will be 1 year from allocation (so her first allocation would expire August 4, 2010). However, Jane will not see or be able to use her Club Cash allocated with respect to the current month’s payment until after the 7th of the month – the date when the ONMC successfully processed the credit card transaction.
    • Allocation of Club Cash for referrals is done when the referred Member has been a paid and active Member for at least 60 days. For example, if Jane Doe joins the ONMC on February 5, 2009 and lists John Smith as the person that referred her, then John will receive Club Cash credit for Jane’s referral after Jane has been an active Member of the ONMC for 60 days – so on or after April 5, 2009. The expiration date for that allocation of Club Cash would be April 4, 2010.

  25. Club Cash was launched in January, 2009. Do I have to wait until I renew to get my first allocation of Club Cash?

  26. No. Upon the launch of the Club Cash system, we have “seeded” every Member with an initial allotment of Club Cash. In essence, we have rolled back the clock to your last renewal date (or join date if that was within the last 12 months) and we retroactively allocated each Member with the normal amount of Club Cash as set forth herein. The normal rules for expiration dates apply.

    For example, John Smith originally joined the ONMC on February 5, 2005. That makes him a Charter Member. John renewed his membership in February 2006, 2007 and 2008 – so his most recent renewal was on February 5, 2008. John will be “seeded” with 150 Club Cash credits for his most recent renewal PLUS an extra 50 Club Cash credits for being a Charter Member. The expiration date for that Club Cash will be set to February 4, 2009. Assuming John renews his membership again on February 5, 2009, he will again be allocated 200 Club Cash credits (150 for his renewal plus 50 for being a Charter Member).

  27. Can I convert my Club Cash to real cash?

  28. No. Club Cash is an internal rewards system for the ONMC. Club Cash can not be converted into anything else; it can only be used in trade for specific VIP experiences and merchandise within the designated Club Cash online stores according to the terms of the applicable offer.

    EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY LAW, ALLOCATED CLUB CASH DOES NOT CONSTITUTE PROPERTY OF A PARTICIPANT AND HAVE NO VALUE OUTSIDE OF THE CLUB CASH PROGRAM. IN CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS WHERE A MONETARY VALUE FOR CLUB CASH MAY BE REQUIRED BY LAW, CLUB CASH SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE THE LOWEST VALUE PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT IN NO EVENT SHALL SUCH DEEMED VALUE DICTATE OR IMPLY IN ANY MANNER THAT CLUB CASH IS REDEEMABLE FOR CASH. .

  29. Is Club Cash transferrable?

  30. No. Club Cash can only be used by the Member to whom it was given.

  31. Can I combine my Club Cash with that of another Member to get something?

  32. No. Club Cash can only be used by the Member to whom it was given and it can not be combined with that of another Member.

  33. Can I “buy” more Club Cash somehow?

  34. No. You can only earn Club Cash by the means described herein.

  35. What can I use my Club Cash for?

  36. Club Cash can be used only within designated online “systems” on the ONMC web site. These designated “systems” are the “VIP Reservation System” and the “Club Cash Rewards Store.”

    The VIP Reservation System is where Members can search and make reservations for VIP Experiences that the ONMC offers – for example, garage tours. The only form of currency that can be used in the VIP Reservation System is Club Cash.

    The Club Cash Rewards Store is an online store where Members can “purchase” merchandise. Members are able to use any combination of Club Cash and/or credit cards for purchases in the Club Cash Reward Store.

  37. How do I use Club Cash in the VIP Reservation System?

  38. Originally launched in early 2008, the VIP Reservation System is the online area where Members are able to make reservations for the various VIP experiences that the ONMC organizes and offers at and away from the race track – for example, garage tours, driver intro stage, etc.

    Every experience offered in the VIP Reservation System carries a “Club Cash Value,”. For example, a garage tour might carry a Club Cash value of 100. Members are able to reserve experiences listed within the VIP Reservation system up to the current balance of their Club Cash account. The system will not allow a Member to spend more Club Cash than they currently have available.

    When a Member reserves an experience and confirms it within the VIP Reservation System, their Club Cash balance is then immediately debited for the amount that they just spent on the experiences reserved.

    Each experience is also subject to the additional terms of the experience as set forth on the ONMC site and in the applicable offer.

  39. What if I want to reserve more VIP events than I have Club Cash available? ?

  40. You are only able to make reservations up to the limit of your available Club Cash.

  41. But I go to 5 races/year. Why can’t I reserve 5 VIP experiences?

  42. While we work hard to have as much VIP inventory as possible, again, “we can’t take 75 million NASCAR fans to the Daytona 500 driver intro stage.” The VIP Reservations System and the Club Cash system have been designed to fairly and equitably allocate a limited inventory of VIP experiences to our Members.

  43. What is a “VIP Certificate”?

  44. In addition to Club Cash “dollars,” the Club Cash system can also handle things called “VIP Certificates.” These are very similar to gift certificates that are valid only for a specific item, offering or event. They can be used independent of Club Cash dollars. For example, NASCAR sponsor “X” might want to give 1 “widget” to every Member of the ONMC. So, in each Member’s Club Cash account, in addition to all of their Club Cash “dollars,” you would also see a VIP Certificate for a “widget.” You would use that VIP Certificate to get your widget and it would have no impact on your Club Cash “dollars.” However, you would only be able to redeem it once for 1 “widget”. Each VIP Certificate is subject to additional terms as set forth on the ONMC site and in the applicable offer (i.e., on the VIP Certificate).

  45. How do I use Club Cash in the Club Cash Rewards Store?

  46. The Club Cash Rewards Store is very much like any other e-commerce store that you may have used. Merchandise is offered and has a specific price associated with it. You add the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart.

    But in this store, when you go to check out, you have the option to use any amount of Club Cash “dollars” that you have in addition to using a credit card. For example, let’s say John Smith has $50 of Club Cash and he wants to purchase a fleece jacket that costs $75. John can use his $50 of Club Cash and pay the balance of $25 on his credit card. Or, John can decide to use less Club Cash or none at all. The only limitation is that you can obviously not try to use more Club Cash than you currently have available.

  47. After I spend it, is Club Cash refundable?

  48. No. Once spent, Club Cash is non-refundable. The only exception to this is if the ONMC is forced to cancel the VIP experience that you scheduled due to rain or some other act of God, NASCAR or the track. In such a case, within a week after the cancelled event, you will see a credit appear in your Club Cash account.

  49. Can I cancel my reservation in a VIP event after I reserve it?

  50. No. Once a reservation is made, it can not be cancelled.

  51. What if I do not show up for the VIP event that I reserved?

  52. Your space in the event is forfeited. Your Club Cash will not be refunded.

  53. Can I use my Club Cash to make a reservation for someone else?

  54. No. All reservations are tied directly & exclusively to the Member that makes the reservation. You can only make reservations for yourself.

  55. What if I want to make a reservation for myself and my wife/husband/sister/brother/etc.?

  56. Each Member of the ONMC will need to log into the ONMC web site, access the VIP Reservation System and make their reservations independently.

  57. Why is the ONMC so rigid on Club Cash refunds/cancelations?

  58. We work very hard to secure as many VIP experiences and offerings as possible for our Members – but as the saying goes, “we can’t take 75 million NASCAR fans to the Daytona 500 driver intro stage.” We want to be able to allocate these experiences as fairly and widely as possible to our Members. Because of things like track scheduling, we are not able to commit or offer many experiences until a week or so prior to a race event. So, in order to handle a valuable “product” like VIP experiences where we do not have unlimited quantity and do it in a very tight time frame, we need to be rigid on our rules regarding reservations and “no shows.”

    This is not uncommon. For example, if you buy a ticket to the race, that is also non-refundable and you cannot get your money back after you buy it and you do not end up showing up for the race.

  59. Do taxes or additional charges apply?

  60. You are solely responsible for the payment of all taxes payable and benefits acquired as a result of your participation in the Club Cash program and the earning, conversion, holding or use of Club Cash and for all applicable filing and reporting obligations, including, without limitation, obligations with respect to tax filings. You should consult with your tax advisor regarding the accumulation, conversion and use of Club Cash.

  61. Are there additional restrictions?

  62. Rewards may be subject to certain restrictions and blackout dates (including as set forth herein, the ONMC site terms and conditions and the applicable offer). We reserve the right to substitute your reward with a reward of a similar or greater value if your chosen reward is unavailable for any reason. In such event, we may notify you via email.

  63. Are there shipping and handling charges?

  64. Unless otherwise disclosed with respect to an applicable reward, you will be required to pay any shipping and handling charges for the rewards you receive as specified in the applicable offer. We are not responsible for any damages, losses or delays in connection with any shipments to you.

  65. What about Members that do not go to the track? What can they use Club Cash for?

  66. The Club Cash Rewards Store offers all kinds of merchandise for all Members.

  67. How do I keep track of my Club Cash account?

  68. Your Club Cash account is accessible via the “Club Cash” link under the “Home” tab on the ONMC web site (www.onmc.com). You must be logged into the site to access your Club Cash account. Your account and account information is subject to the ONMC site Terms and Conditions, including the ONMC site Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that the information in your Account is accurate and kept current. If you believe that your Account does not properly reflect Club Cash, you must notify us in writing within ninety (90) days of the date the Club Cash was allocated.

  69. How do I access the VIP Reservation System?

  70. Two ways. You can access it when you are looking at your Club Cash account (accessible via the “Club Cash” link under the “Home” tab on the ONMC web site (www.onmc.com)). You can also access it under the “VIP” tab of the ONMC web site. You must be logged into the site to access the VIP Reservation System.

  71. How do I access the Club Cash Rewards Store?

  72. You can access it when you are looking at your Club Cash account (accessible via the “Club Cash” link under the “Home” tab on the ONMC web site (www.onmc.com)). You must be logged into the site to access your Club Cash account and the Rewards System.

  73. I don’t have a computer. How do I access the Club Cash/VIP Reservations/Club Cash Rewards Store?

  75. What if I have a question about Club Cash or I think there is an error in my account?

  77. Miscellaneous Terms:

  78. By participating in the Club Cash program or ordering or accepting any reward, you allow ONMC, the Company and NASCAR, Inc. and their respective providers and affiliated companies, and any of their respective sponsors or co-promotional partners, to use your name, photograph and likeness, and any postings you may make on websites (including, without limitation, the NASCAR.COM website), for advertising or promotional purposes, including online announcements. For example, and not by way of limitation, photographs taken at competitive events or in connection with Club Cash rewards, events or promotions, might be used to promote the Club Cash program or products or benefits of ONMC. You grant permission for any such use anywhere in the world and in any medium, without qualification or reservation of any rights and without the requirement of payment of any compensation to you or your family, except where prohibited by law.

    Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of Club Cash or the ordering process may result in the forfeiture of your Club Cash and/or right to the reward, as well as the termination of your account and your right to participate in the Club Cash program. You are solely responsible for any fraudulent use of your Club Cash or your account that could occur due to theft or sharing of your password.

    We are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or entry of information, whether caused by ONMC Site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Club Cash program or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of orders. If any provision of these Club Cash Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the other provisions herein shall remain in full force and effect. Any failure to follow these Club Cash Terms and Conditions or the ONCM site Terms and Conditions may result in the termination of your account and any further participation in the Club Cash program, the forfeiture of all allocated Club Cash, and/or the forfeiture of your right to any reward.

    We may prohibit you from participating in the Club Cash program or any future promotion if, at our sole discretion, you (i) have tampered with the order process or the operation of the Club Cash program or undermined, disrupted, hindered or interfered with the proper operation of the Club Cash program in any manner whatsoever, (ii) act (a) in an unsportsmanlike manner, (b) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass the ONMC, the Company, or any other party, or (c) in any other disruptive manner, (iii) use the Club Cash program for improper, deceitful or unethical purposes or in a manner inconsistent with these Club Cash Terms and Conditions or any federal, state, provincial, territorial or local laws, statutes, by-laws, guidelines or ordinances. Discontinued participation may result in the loss of all allocated, benefits and privileges. In addition to discontinuance of Club Cash program participation, we reserve the right to take appropriate administrative and legal action, including, without limitation, the right to seek damages and other remedies from any person to the fullest extent permitted by law and to seek criminal prosecution, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion. Our failure to enforce any of these Club Cash Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of its rights or provision hereof.

    We may modify any of these Club Cash Terms and Conditions - including, but not limited to, Club Cash program eligibility requirements, application and enrollment procedures, applicable fees or charges, applicable benefits or privileges, the methods through which Club Cash can be allocated, how Club Cash can be used, the value of Club Cash, the conditions under which Club Cash may be forfeited, the content and availability of rewards, these Club Cash terms and conditions, and any other applicable rules, guides, terms or policies pertaining to the Club Cash programs - at any time, with or without notice, even though these changes may affect your status, ability to use the Club Cash that you have already earned or other rights, benefits or privileges under the Club Cash program.

    The Club Cash program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as ONMC decides to terminate the Club Cash program. ONMC may terminate the Club Cash program at any time, with notice to you using your current contact information on file under your account. You will have three (3) months from the date any Club Cash program termination is announced to use Club Cash. Any Club Cash that is remaining in your account at the expiration of such period will be forfeited and no compensation will be provided therefore.

    Your continued participation in the Club Cash program constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these Club Cash Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to any changes that ONMC may make to these Club Cash Terms and Conditions.

  11. When should I receive the Members Kit?

  12. Membership kits will be shipped within 2-3 weeks of enrollment.

  13. What if I do not receive a Membership kit or my Membership kit is damaged?

  14. If your Membership kit is damaged, Members should contact the ONMC Service Center at 1-877-MY-NASCAR and a representative will track the package and follow up with you. Or, you can send an e-mail to memberservice@onmc247.com. Please be sure to include your Membership number in the e-mail.

  17. Does the ONMC allow Members to join without an e-mail address?

  18. Members will not be able to enjoy many of the benefits of the ONMC unless we can communicate with you via e-mail. If you do not have an e-mail address, there are many companies that will provide you with a free e-mail address including Yahoo, Google, Microsoft/MSN and many others. You can become an ONMC Member without having an e-mail address but we strongly encourage you to have one.
